The Mission of existence and work of HGP company is being realized by satisfaction of

stakeholders needs and wishes on processes of development, production and distribution of

strustural materials for finalization works in architecture. Employed personnel and owners

realizes their interests through achievement of complete satisfaction of customers and product

and services final consumers, satisfying needs of social community and interests of HGP

business partners in market concept of business relations.

The Vision of development of HGP company is increase of production of structural materials for

finalization works in architecture with satisfaction of next statements:

* Development of production and business capacities;

* Protection and improvement of environment with the complete control of all activities,

processes, products and services;

Standard quality of products and services and environmental care is the base of business

strategy, by which is provided unity of all interests, longterm existence on market and continous

improvement.

Achieving the general goal to be among the leaders of structural materials production on areas

of Souheastern Europe regarding quality of its products and services and providing of effective

OBJECTIVES

• establishement, maintainance, continous improvement and international certification of quality

management system according to ISO 9001:2000 and environmental management according

to ISO 14001:2004;

• the tuition of the key personnel will take place at least once per year, according to the goal of

knowing new trends and technologies in production of structural materials; these tuitions will

animate and motivate all the employed for maximal attention and improving quality of their

work;

• the quality of input raw materials will be provided by supply of renowned and internationally

approved producers of components and aditives with the controlled influence on humane

health;

• standard quality of finished products will be provided by the programs of monitoring, control

and review upon next important product characteristics

* competitiveness of the cost price,

* fulfilling of agreed deadlines,

* remission of subsequent costs resulted from non-conformities in work processes,

* remission of total non-quality costs relative to total realization,

• protection of environment of HGP company will be realized by the control of aspects and

influences of its processes, products and environmental services:

* application of existing law regulations related to environment protection,

* protection of employed and population from injuries and other health threats,

* infroming employed workers, suppliers and wider community on environment

protection;

• providing continous improvements of important characteristics of products and services, and

by that general business effectiveness of HGP Novi Sad will be realized by continous increase

* development of new and inovated products,
